The Asia AMCA Annual Regional Meeting 2017 was recently held in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Morse Air Systems was represented by their Sales and Marketing Manager, Chris Morse.
Doug Yamashita, AMCA International President gave a global update and highlighted some of their recent initiatives. Doug reinforced the benefits to the members of the AMCA Publications and driving greater awareness about the certified ratings program throughout the air movement industry.
Ms Goh Swee Lee, Executive Director Asia AMCA introduced the most recent new members to the meeting, of which Morse Air Systems was one. She then followed up with an update relating to the region and celebrated the recent strong growth of Asia AMCA. The meeting finished with a tour of the Asia AMCA laboratory which show cased the testing capabilities and what is involved with the various test procedures.
Already through our brief association with AMCA we have gained a valuable insight to the certified ratings program and the importance of the accuracy of published fan performance data. Meeting with other member companies and AMCA staff is a key step in Morse Air Systems service and product development and we look forward to the next exciting stage.
